I had to return something I bought from Israel365 Store because I ordered the wrong size. i was expecting it to be more annoying, but it was straightforward. They replied to my email quickly, I sent the item back, and the refund came through after a few days. Not instant, but nothing out of the ordinary. Overall, it was handled well and didn’t turn into a headache.

I had to check in a couple of times about my refund because it didn’t really feel like anyone was following up unless I emailed again.
